Class Schedule

Below, you'll find our class schedule for this month, as well as a description of our classes. We hope you'll join us in as many classes as you can. 

Class Descriptions

 Lifeline Senior Fitness Classes: Basics signature program! This is a group exercise fall-prevention program designed for those 50 and over who are mindful of the need to stay healthy through regular physical activity.

Tai Chi – Beginner & Advanced: An evidence-based class including gentle, simple rhythmic & purposeful postures proven to help with balance, pain relief, heart health, breathing enhancement, mental acuity, mood control & sleep quality. 


Stretch and Balance: This well-rounded 45 minute class focuses on warming-up the body partnered with stretching from head to toe. Will also focus on balance exercises to help gain body awareness & confidence in everyday activities.

Tone and Stretch: A chair-based group exercise class focusing on increasing strength, flexibility and balance. This class utilizes weights, balls and rubber-tubing and is set to music for fun!
 
Boot Camp Blend: Join us for an upbeat total body workout in just one hour. Class begins with aerobic bodyweight intervals, transitions to strength-training circuits, and finishes with targeted flexibility work. The variety in this class will keep you motivated, seeing progress, and always coming back for more!


Mind-Body Balance: This class is focused on deep stretching as well as balance and mindfulness. Within 60 minutes, participants will utilize resistance bands, balance exercises and relaxation techniques to help both body and mind!

Barre Interval: Barre is a ballet-inspired class that combines aspects of yoga, Pilates and strength training to give you a total body workout. This low-impact format will test your muscles in ways you might never have done before!
