Rachel Pelletier

Personal Trainer/Instructor

Rachel Pelletier is a NETA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Barre Instructor. She graduated from Springfield College earning a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science. In addition to working at Basics, Rachel is an AACVPR Certified Cardiac Rehab Professional at Maine Medical Center’s Turning Point. Rachel lives by the mantra that exercise is the best form of medicine, and she is dedicated to showing others how to incorporate that principle into their lives.

Quinn Horter

Personal Trainer/Teacher

 A graduate from West Virginia University, Quinn Horter joins our team with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Quinn brings experience working with a variety of medical conditions from her time as a clinical graduate assistant. In addition to her position as a personal trainer, Quinn will teach group exercise classes.  Outside of working at Basics, she is an exercise instructor at MMC’s Turning Point Cardiac Rehab. Quinn has always believed that no matter one’s limitations or obstacles, exercise is achievable for everyone!

Lisa Prince

Nutrition & Weight-Loss Specialist

Hi, I’m Lisa Prince, Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist. I help people develop a harmonious relationship with food!


For over fifteen years, I’ve successfully helped thousands of overweight clients by creating weight-loss plans that are individualized, fun, and easy to follow. The 7, 12, or 24-Week "Prince Plans" are a time-tested, dependable way to lose weight.  Are you a vegan or a vegetarian? Are you gluten free or lactose intolerant? The Prince Plans are customized for your individual nutritional needs. They include nutritionally-guided healthy eating, combined with professionally designed fitness programs. With hands-on support and weight-loss coaching, either in person or remotely, my clients are highly motivated and they keep on track to reach their goals!
